Lower Level Team Leaders
DUTIES: You will head the teams that
will be maintained here. You
will have to be able to maintain the
team cheer board, deleting
old cheers from previous weeks.
You will need to be able to do weekly
ballot count, make awards, write newsletters,
update rosters and update the Dream Tokens. Updating
the vote pages will be an important task. Lower level
TLs must have their scores updated no later than 8:00 AM
on the following morning of each competition day!
Our team members depend on this!
These duties may be shared with your ATL if you have one.
You take care that all members
participate and display the full, positive
spirit of Dreamers Odyssey.
HTML Knowledge and using a
graphics program is a must.
FTP knowledge is also needed.
TEAM LEADER POSITIONS ARE OPEN AT THIS TIME
Assistant Team Leaders
DUTIES: You will be required to do all the jobs as the team leader and fill in in case
he/she is on LOA or not available. You must also fulfill the above requirements.
You have to co-ordinate yourself with the team leader to improve the performances of your
group members.

Upper Level Team Leaders
DUTIES: You will be required to
manage the individual upper
level teams that we have
here. Updating the vote
pages will be your major
task. Upper level TLs must have their scores
updated no later than 8:00 AM on the following
morning of each competition day! Lower level TLs
depend on this in order to get their Rosters and
End-of-the-Week Newsletters out on Fridays!
Also you will be responsible
for any doubts that will
be encountered by competitors
in your levels. You must
understand the format of
our competition and the
voting system fully. HTML
knowledge is a must. FTP
knowledge required. Graphics knowledge
will be a must for making awards.
You must be able to dedicate
at least 2 hours at the
end of voting week to make
awards and update pages
for the following week.
POSITIONS ARE OPEN FOR ENCHANTED DREAMLIGHT
Upper Level Assistant Team Leaders
You will be required to do all the tasks above and also helping the Leaders if
he/she faces any problems. You also must have the above specified knowledge.
You will fill in, if in case your leader is on LOA or not available due to any reason.
POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE
Hospitality Haven Leader
Weekly, you will be given lists of websites
to visit and perform your duties.
The number of sites will depend on
the number needing our attention.
Any individual who is interested
in being on committee should be willing
to give a minimum of 2 hours a week
of their time. They also should have
basic knowledge of html;
must know how to attach a graphic in an email,
and place graphics in guestbooks.
